The effort and time put into therapy can produce renewed peace, joy, and laughter. Yes, laughter commonly occurs in therapy - often along side tears and anger. Humans are amazing! I specialize in attachment-based, experiential, and playful models of therapy for work with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing feelings of sadness, depression, worry, anxiety, loneliness, and hopelessness. I also work with couples, adults, and adolescents regarding sexuality and sexual identity (LGBTQ) issues.
