Hello! Are you looking for the opportunity to get to the core of your issues? Would you like more out of life than just "managing" your problems without ever really getting anywhere? You don't have to settle for this being "as good as it gets." My approach is experiential, which means I help people safely make contact and deal with their painful and usually avoided feelings. More than just talking about feelings, the goal is to identify, understand and complete the unfinished emotional business that has been troubling your life until now. While I work with a variety of concerns: relationship problems, addictions, eating disorders/obesity, trauma/PTSD, emotional adjustment and behavioral issues, sexual orientation conflicts, anxiety and depression, my goal is to help you understand the meaning of your particular symptoms so the underlying emotional problem(s) can be identified and resolved. In addition to individual, couples, and family therapy, I also offer day and evening experiential groups which are emotionally intense but accelerate the process of healing.
