I believe that reaching your goals and aspirations. is as accessible as it is to learn how to manage your emotional states and make them a driving force toward healthy and joyful living. I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Certified Practitioner in Rapid Resolution Therapy who specializes in anxiety disorders, including Panic, Phobias, and PTSD. I have many years of experience helping others overcome past hurdles and present obstacles and in joining them in a liberating journey of discovery and empowerment to use their own God given resources to thrive in their personal live and relationships. I am also trained in EMDR and Structured Sensory Integration for Children, Adolescents and Parents (SITCAP). Working with children and parents, addressing behavioral issues and academic challenges constitutes a big portion of our practice. I work with children and parents, both individually and in groups providing therapy and life coaching We offer online and onsite workshops and groups on anger management, parenting, relationship management and marriage counseling. I lead three annual groups: Anger Management, Relationship Management and Marriage Counseling. We take pride in providing our patients with autonomy, respect, compassion and safet y, in order to facilitate change.
