Experienced therapist providing a safe place, a container for adolescents, adults and tweens to focus on their own needs, goals and concerns; a listening ear and a thoughtful voice to promote wholeness, wellness and healing. For persons seeking wellness of mind, spirit and body, I am happy to provide a holistic approach through relational Jungian psychotherapy using talk, dreams, art, sand play, story telling, while supporting each individual in their approach to psychological, physical and spiritual wellness. People come for many reasons, all are approached individually with care and concern. I have developed a whole person, mind , body, psyche/spiritual approach to living and therapy. Work with people who are challenged by chronic illnesses, life crisis, emotional needs, losses anxieties and depression. While long term depth psychotherapy is available, shorter term solution focused treatment is also offered. I do not offer medication management. It has been my practice to offer in-home therapy to clients who cannot come to my office due to long term illness. My practice is pet friendly, I have worked with therapy animals. While I am an APRN I do not provide medication management or prescribe.
