Life can deal some serious blows. One of the strongest universal experiences we share is the feeling of hurt. Our hurts are often unique to us; coming in different quantities, shapes and sizes than others' - but hurt is hurt. There are times when we need assistance to effectively identify our hurts, recognize our (appropriate and inappropriate) responses to the hurt, heal the wounds and learn to move forward. Therapy is that opportunity! I am more than happy to assist you on the journey toward mental and emotional wellness. While I am open to clients from all areas, I specialize in working with children, youth, young adults and women. I also have extensive experience working with families, couples and parents.
