The introspection, self examination and self actualization greatly increases their sensitivity and attitude about what is really important in human experience and opens the doors of happiness and sense of reality." My counseling approach gives clients insight to follow for greater understanding and self actualization. I strongly believe that we can achieve anything if we set our minds to it. By having confidence in ourselves we can achieve our goals and enrich our lives. Success depends on who we are, how we perceive ourselves, and how well we communicate and relate to others. I have a graduate degree in clinical Psychology from University of Houston, Texas., and I have been practicing counseling profession since then. My training includes Psychological & Developmental Assessment, Crisis intervention, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Behavioral Medicine, Stress management, Hypnosis, EMDR, Individual, Family and Group Therapy.
