I believe in the power of the human spirit to overcome almost any obstacle. I have spent over forty years helping people triumph over the pain and loneliness of depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other problems. I work with you to help discover and connect with your authentic self and end the isolation, pain and fear of dealing with your issues alone. I work with individuals, couples and families to develop relational skills and increase the level of intimacy in relationships. I believe in the journey of life everyone has a path, and no one should walk alone. The process of finding a therapist can be difficult. The best way to know is to meet the therapist and see if there is a fit. There is no charge for an initial consultation with me to learn how we might work together.
