At Resilient Kids we offer developmentally appropriate and evidenced based treatments for children and adolescents and provide psychoeducation on the role of diet and nutrition in mental health, offer in-session meditation and breathwork, and heart rate variability training, a biofeedback therapy. We work collaboratively with our clients and their families to create the optimal healing environment.
