I believe it is important for all people to know solidly within themselves that they have value and to feel successful in their relationships. I have over twenty years of experience helping people. My orientation is attachment based and I work with individuals, couples and families. I do Emotionally Focused Therapy which helps people see that no matter how lonely or desperate they feel, they feel both fearful and disconnected. That means that I help people understand the deeper emotions that drive their behavior and thoughts, so they can connect to others with a new perspective.
