I specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy; including issues such as depressions and anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, codependency and boundaries, pre-marital/Prepare-Enrich®, marital/relationship issues, and issues of faith. I also offer Support Groups for boundaries, depression and anxiety, and Lose it For Life My counseling combines cognitive behavioral and family systems therapy, with a significant focus on the client's spiritual life.
