My job as a therapist is to help facilitate your self analysis, help you identify issues, listen and validate your perceptions, help you to see what your options, alternatives and goals are and help provide an objective view of your situation. We can explore your beliefs and expectations and your compatibility in values and goals. We look for ways to increase your sense of friendship and fun. Knowledge about gender differences is helpful. There are certain principles for good relationships that can be learned. Hypnotherapy can be useful in healing issues that arise in childhood.
