My ideal client is from 18 years old to 85. Having worked with psychiatrists in the hospital for many years, I find working with addiction, mental illness and co-occuring disorders to be of much interest. Individual counseling is my preferred modality. However I will work with couples and families. Specialty areas for me include those with chronic mental illness. Anxiety and trauma issues are an area of sepcialty using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and traumatic Incident Reduction.
