I work with clients who are coping with Depression, Anxiety, Adult ADHD, Marital Conflict and issues that are relationship, family and work related. Life transitions are also an important focus of my work. Aging and it's complications can be a source of stress for the client and his family. Among the clients who see me are those with Social Phobia, Shyness, Anxiety, Depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and relationship problems. In addition, clients who are single, have marital conflicts, o are divorcing . Fees are sliding scale, Video Therapy is available for those who live in distant places. Therapy focuses on present day problems. The aim is short term or long term therapy of six months or more. In addition, long distance therapy with Video is available. Goals are jointly set as is the target date for completion of treatment. Meditation and deep relaxation is also available. The therapist must be transparent and verbally active. Therapist should not hide behind a blank screen and say little or nothing. Skype is available to everyone. I also provide a sliding fee scale to make therapy available to clients. I use both psychodynamic and cognitive therapies and meditation.
