The pain of a broken heart can hurt more than any pain we have ever felt and finding a remedy to dull the pain can sometimes seem an almost impossible task. There is nothing quite as lonely or discouraging as thinking nothing will ever change. Whether that pain is the result of a relationship unraveling, the death of a loved one, or the loss of something or someone you held dear to your heart, the pain you feel is real and it is possible to find solace and joy in life again. I work with couples, families, individuals, and children. I specialize in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, parenting, and grief. As a therapist I strive to first be empathic and then explore possible options with my clients because lets face it, who wants to even consider changes that could be made if they don't first feel understood?
