I offer compassionate, insight-oriented psychotherapy as well as psychological testing for adolescents and adults. My treatment methods include talk therapy, journaling/homework, use of projectives, cognitive-behavioral therapy, intellectual and personality assessments, and group therapy. Additionally, I am available for court-mandated, short-term education and therapy programs such as anger management and parent education. I am grateful to have over 25 years of experience of work in social service. Throughout my professional and personal life, I have dedicated myself to helping those with challenges to reach their own potential and to find meaning in life.
