I am a down to earth, approachable person who enjoys meeting people and helping them find a way to navigate through the obstacles that life puts in their way. I do this by using the strengths clients already have, and by creating and developing new ones which we find together. I develop intimate relationships with my clients; therapy is serious business and there is a lot of work to be done, but I work side-by-side with my clients to achieve the goals we create in our initial sessions. There is room for laughter too, and there is plenty of that in therapy also.
