I specialize in identity development for all ages and use a variety of cognitive and behavioral techniques to improve your life. I can help you develop the key insights about your life course that will enable you to progress. I help clients recognize the different parts of their identity that are driving their behavior, and make changes that enhance their lives. I have published a book on identity development, "Know Thyself: A Kid's Guide to the Archetypes" which is available through Amazon.com and which I provide to clients as a guide and an enhancement of therapy. I have extensive experience with physical and emotional trauma and recovery for individuals and families. I also enjoy working with adolescents who are in key periods of their identity development. My office environment provides a safe and discreet environment for individuals and families to develop new coping skills and build healthier relationships.
