Welcome. I am glad you have found my page. I describe my counseling approach as being supportive, caring, honest, and client centered. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is what brings change and growth. We will navigate whatever you bring to the client hour by incorporating body awareness, mindfulness, and experiential therapies. I work in the office with the option to work outside where we can incorporate horses, walks in the woods, and nature. I work with individuals, and families, focusing on relationship issues, attachment, trauma, grief, depression and anxiety. I encourage people to become aware of their experience in the moment and then to move into deeper contact with their emotions and feelings. Through deep contact, new patterns can be created, and change can occur. Change in the desired direction brings empowerment and a greater sense of well-being. I am a certified Gestalt Therapist and received my certification through the Gestalt Institute of the Rockies.
