COUNSELING IN SPANISH IS AVAILABLE. Life can be challenging at times and we may not always have the support and/or the equipment to handle what is thrown at us. These problems do not define us or highlight our weaknesses, but they can become opportunities that provide us with personal growth and change in our lives. My focus is to help people navigate through challenging times and assist clients in creating new, healthy, and fulfilling experiences. I am committed to creating a safe environment that is non-judgmental and warm in order to allow you to openly share your concerns. I am experienced in working with children and their families on behavior, academics, and attachment concerns. I have experience working with individuals especially women struggling with eating disorders, self-esteem issues, anxiety, postpartum depression, and life-stage changes. I enjoy working with couples and helping them navigate through relational issues, can also provide premarital counseling.
