Therapy is a supportive and collaborative space where individuals, couples, parents, and children can come to achieve growth and change that allows them to be their best version of themselves. As a therapist, I seek to help clients process their experiences and relationships to work through past hurts to come to a place of healing. Clients' strengths are used to build the skills to successfully navigate challenges and to instill hope for the future. My specialty areas include working with couples and families around sexual abuse, pre-marital counseling, divorce and remarriage, communication, conflict resolution, infidelity, and sex therapy. I am also experienced and enjoy working with parents and teens. Attending therapy takes courage, my practice is to honor that courage by providing a collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment.
