I have about 20 years of mental health experience with most mental health illnesses and issues in almost all settings of treatment. This broad clinical experience gives me the depth to connect with a great variety of issues to help develop a sense of hope toward your future. I offer special education advocacy and mediation services for children with special needs and other health issues. My private practice also offers individual, couple, and family therapy with both day, evening and Saturday sessions. My passion is advocating and mediating between families and school systems for the benefit of children with special needs. Other specialties are with relationship issues, men's issues, young adults, stress and anxiety management, anger management, work and legal issues, self-esteem, and depression. Educated, trained, and practiced in Birmingham since 1988, I have enjoyed working with a variety of settings. Being a long time native of the area, I have built many clinical connections that I can resource for benefit to you and your family, especially in the area of special education rights.
