Home based therapy Greenwood Psychotherapy offers home based therapy for families and individuals who struggle to get to the office. Our home based therapist specializes in adoption and foster care issues but has many years experience dealing with all mental health diagnosis. Alternative Approach Spirituality has a significant influence for some people. At Greenwood Psychotherapy & Wellness Center, we offer Reiki and Meditation to help enhance our therapeutic work with individuals. It is another way we try to see the client as a whole being and make sure all of their needs are being met
