I believe a healing relationship is a co-creation of the help-seeking individual and a mental health professional. As your counselor I assume the responsibility to assist you in the process of change, at the pace and extent you determine. I embrace a psychodynamic orientation and ,I am here to assist you in making mindful choices and actions. I employ cognitive behavioral tools for solution-focused treatment of specific issues and goals. I am dually credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), as well as a Certified Master's Level Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADCIII) My background in addictions treatment as well as psychotherapy gives depth to my understanding of the human experience. I work with individuals, couples and families.
