I believe everyone has the innate ability and desire to have a fulfilling life. I see therapy as a healing conversation that provides clients with a safe, non-judgmental place to express their challenges, and help them to rediscover their strengths, talents and resources. My intention is to create a collaborative partnership that enables individuals to move away from judgment and self-blame, and support them in finding solutions that are consistent with their values and beliefs. Whatever it is that brings you to counseling, together we can overcome self-doubt and obstacles to create the healthiest version of yourself. I have more than 15 years experience doing individual and group therapy with helping children, teens, adults, and couples. My specializations cover a wide range of issues, but I focus on depression, self esteem, addictions, grief, women's issues, sexual orientation, stress, crisis intervention, and relationship counseling. I am currently accepting new patients and have immediate availability. I work in a beautiful, handicap-accessible building that is part of a group practice called Children & Adult Psychological Services. We offer a Preferred Behavioral Health Plan for individuals without insurance.
