If you work with me, you will learn to discover, explore and understand aspects of yourself and your world from a deep and sacred place. You will have a unique opportunity to transform negative thoughts and feelings. Individually (or group) tailored expressive arts projects, mindfulness exercises and body movement will be utilized in the session to help you change. It will be my joy and privilege to witness your journey. To work with me is to play, and to enjoy a sense of curiosity. I will provide you with a broad palette of experiences from which to draw. As you shape your life, you will discover and explore your body, mind, emotions and spirit in new and personally transforming ways. I have an MA in holistic counseling and am currently doing an advanced internship under the supervision of Dr. Karyne Wilner, at Integrated Psychological Services Center in Middletown, RI. My goals is to work with you on every level. I am warm, calming, and understanding.
