I work with a variety of different clients and issues, but I specialize in working with young adults and women in transition. I have a special interest in pregnancy/perinatal/postpartum mental health and have completed additional training in this area. If you are struggling to find balance in your life or feeling stuck, I hope you will reach out. Perhaps you just graduated from college, started a new job, recently got married or became a mom. All very happy and positive things, but life changes that can also be very stressful. A therapist can be very helpful in supporting you and helping to redefine yourself during these times of shifting identity. I am an open and empathetic psychologist and I love to work with clients who are ready to make changes in their lives. I provide a warm, compassionate and safe environment in which to explore and grow. Update: I will begin taking BCBS as of 10/1/15.
