*CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS & PROVIDING LIFE COACHING SESSIONS* I see clients with varied backgrounds including adults and teenagers who need help in dealing with stress.My focus is primarily anxiety and stress issues that accompany traumatic events, family conflict, PTSD, and employment issues with a specialty in working with (but not exclusively) law enforcement personnel and returning military and their families. I also work with groups and individuals who are dealing with sexual and gender conflict issues. I am AACC certified in Crisis and 1st Responder Skills, Stress and Trauma Care with Military Application, and Theory & Treatment of Substance Abuse. Having spent many years working with couples for both pre-marital and marital counseling dealing with conflict resolution and relationship rebuilding. My work is designed to deal specifically with the anxiety and occasional acting out in these types of situations teaching coping and adaptation skills to correct inappropriate behavior.
