I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been in practice for 16 years. I believe in a holistic approach when treating clients and teach coping skills such as mindfulness and cognitive restructuring. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to assist them in ways to heal and improve their relationships and coping skills. I specialize in healing individuals from trauma, depression and anxiety and improving their relationships, marriage and family life.
