Born and raised in the Flathead Valley I graduated with my Associates Degree from Flathead Valley Community College and went on to receive my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from Eastern Washington University; having recently gained LCSW licensure after working for 3 years in a community mental health setting and gaining experience in: Anxiety Issues, Depression, Grief and Loss, Adjustment Disorder's, Bipolar Disorder, and Life/Career Coaching. I offer services to adolescence and adults in an informal, relaxing atmosphere that focuses on assisting individuals in identifying and clarifying their personal values and prioritizing and collaborating on actions that move them closer to those personal values, with the goal of bringing more vitality and meaning to their life. My practice is by appointment with availability to meet both during and outside of normal office hours, including evening and weekend appointment availability. I accept some insurances, cash, and credit cards with a sliding fee scale to qualifying individuals.
