I provide a safe place to talk, explore feelings, deal with difficult situations, resolve losses and come to terms with important issues in your life. I treat complicated grief and trauma, addictions (drug/alcohol, sex/love), anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, shame, guilt and deep life dissatisfactions; I work with persons who have had damaging childhood experiences, diverse life losses, relationship difficulties, major transitions, anger and attachment issues. Having a safe place to talk with someone allows for free expression and can make all the difference in the world in finding resolution, understanding and peace of mind. For 40 years I have provided a compassionate, insightful & solid therapeutic space for my clients to talk, find solutions and heal.
