I feel that I am able through the relationship developed in therapy to assist clients in gaining insight about their processes that create stuck points in their lives. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship along with individualized therapeutic tools and techniques to work through trauma, grief, interpersonal issues and adjustment issues. I have experience in the mental health and addiction settings working with adults and children. I have received training in play therapy and family therapy. I believe that my varied training and experience allows me to be helpful to my clients with methods that are both respectful and reliable. I am able to provide weekend appointments.
