I offer professional therapy services in your preferred space. Like bringing a nourishing meal to one in need, I believe healing is better achieved in an atmosphere of familiarity and trust, whether in your home or under an umbrella on the beach. Based on the Eastern Shore, I bring over 25 years of experience to your counseling needs. Focus areas include transitioning through life challenges, parenting, anxiety, depression, stress management, child/play therapy and media addictions. Together, we can create a plan to help you move forward with your personal goals. Depending on your preferences and expectations, I may use various types and integrated modalities to help you move from Point A to Point B. These may include cognitive-behavioral, expressive arts, trauma resolution, sensorimotor and/or play therapies. Christian counseling can also be provided by request. Good, old-fashioned house calls are making a comeback - this can also reduce the stigma of seeking mental health treatment. Services are confidential, including my not billing your insurance, to further protect your mental health privacy. It is my goal to maximize your comfort during your time of discomfort.
