My goal is short-term therapy that will equip parents with the tools they need to help their children work through challenging behavioral and emotional disorders. I believe parents are key in helping their child to move in the right direction, and as such, parents play an active role in their child's treatment sessions with me. In my sessions with children and adolescents, my goal is to provide a safe, caring environment where they can explore their feelings and understand the challenges they are facing, as well as learn positive strategies that will improve the quality of their lives. One of my specialties is Parent Consultation Sessions, where I work with parents to develop specific behavioral interventions based on the unique needs of their child.
