I greatly enjoy working with teens and adults on issues including relationships, anger, communications, anxiety, stress coping, grief, substance abuse and mild depression. In fact, while I was an 18/19-year-old college student, I saw a counselor at my college and it made an incredible, lasting positive difference in my life. Now I have the privilege to provide caring, compassionate and confidential counseling to others. Evening and weekend appointments are available, in addition to some weekday daytime hours. I earned a Master's degree in Counseling from JBU in Siloam Springs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor with over ten years of counseling experience. I have served two terms as President of the Northwest Arkansas Mental Health Counselors Association (NWArMHCA). With many therapists, a counseling "hour" may only be 45-50 minutes long.
