I am an energetic, personable therapist who enjoy helping others find solutions that they can adapt to for a more productive lifestyle. My mission statement focuses on being "committed to HEALING the WHOLE family". With this mission in mind, I offer individual, family, and couples therapy to persons who are ready and willing to work on barriers that may be impacting their lives in a negative manner. I encourage my clients to try other alternatives through cognitive behavior therapy, behavioral therapy, talk therapy, and physical activity to improve depression, anxiety, self-esteem, academic issues, grief/loss, and interpersonal/relationship issues. For those who have made the decision to end their marriage, I offer divorce mediation for uncontested divorces. Mediation is less expensive than litigation, both parties have more control, confidential, and non adversarial. As the mediator, I will be a neutral professional. A fair and equitable agreement is the goal!!
