I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with a private practice in Miami, Florida. I offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling for adolescents and adults. I take a holistic and integrative approach that is tailored to your specific needs. I do not hide behind silence or position; instead I provide you with some useful tools as I guide you through this process with unconditional respect and empathy. My ultimate goal is to inspire and motivate you to make the necessary changes required to live a happy and healthy life. My specialties include helping people recover from depression; helping families resolve parent/teen conflicts and other adolescent developmental challenges; and helping couples grow into having more of an open communication and mutual respect for each other in their relationship. In addition to English, I also speak French and Creole fluently. As an Educator and Therapist, I come with an array of experience in dealing with adolescents and families. My multicultural background (Haitian-Cuban-American) makes me especially empathic to the challenges that come in integrating cultures, generations, and languages.
