I have worked with people from many diverse backgrounds. I have experience with individuals who are working through depression, anxiety, bi-polar, self esteem issues and the multitude of challenges that come with trying to keep a family afloat in today's challenging times. I am comfortable working with parents experiencing challenging behaviors from their children. As an MFT-Intern I approach this problem by looking at how the family can make adjustments so that everyone can increase their levels of connectedness and enjoyment of the family unit. As of 5/1/15 distance counseling through secure video conferencing will be active. You will be able to conduct therapy from the comfort of your own home on your schedule. As a client you will be able to schedule, pay and do therapy conveniently from your computer, tablet or smart phone.
