I have worked with youth and families dealing with grief, multiple diagnosis, unhealthy and dangerous behaviors, psychosis and learning disabilities. I work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and neurofeedback professionals that are easily able to support me and the people I am serving. It is my hope that you will allow me to join you in meeting you where you are and supporting you in either identifying goals, exploring your current circumstances to figure out what is next, or just sit with you. I am extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also have training in Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. I am currently pursuing certification in Neuro- and Biofeedback. I am available to meet in my office or at an agreed upon location. My colleagues are available for onsite neurofeedback services as well.
