Hello, I have been providing counseling services since 1991. I have been in private practice since 1998. I can help you with numerous issues, including depression, anxiety, stress management, PTSD, codependency issues and family issues. I use a client centered approach, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy as well as a psychodynamic approach. I also can provide hypnotherapy to help you address stress, compulsions & habits. My treatment philosophy involves exploring all of the life systems that my clients are a part of. Examples of systems we operate in include; family, work, community, & church I am a retired police captain. I have extensive experience working with various professionals such as police officers, firefighters, EMTs, medical professionals & teachers.
