About Belle of the Oaks Set on the tranquility of the Vermilion River, Belle of the Oaks is a newly-established transitional living program for women, aged 18 or older, who need additional, ongoing support as they strengthen their ability to remain successful in recovery from an addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. The programming provided by highly-trained and qualified staff members at Belle of the Oaks is designed to supply women with a steady foundation upon which they can begin using the skills they have learned on their journey towards achieving sobriety. By engaging in this program, women have the opportunity to gain encouragement and support as they cope with various issues and challenges that may be prohibiting them from successfully reintegrating back into society. With a goal to help women as they transition back into the community from an inpatient drug and/or alcohol treatment program, Belle of the Oaks offers programming that will address such topics as trauma, parenting skills, independent living skills, unhealthy relationships, anxiety, and depression, as well as chemical dependency concerns. By offering compassionate care that can assist on the road to lasting recovery, the Belle can help women achieve and maintain a healthy, happy, and sober life.
