I grew up in the system. I believe in real life therapy for real life issues. There is very little that I have not personally been through myself. I focus on life issues, sexuality, orientation, spirituality, couples, and adolescents. I do not have an ideal client as I believe that all people are valued in and of themselves. I believe that clients have most of the answers for themselves, and don't need to be told what to do. We just need to come at the problem in your life with real life answers. Therapy and change is a process. I have been married for over 30 years. We have been through almost everything a couple can go through, so I am qualified to counsel most couples through life experience, not from a book. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the office, most people find comfort in that fact. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in this office. No pretenses, no three piece suits, no silly questions. Everything is kept very down to earth. Smoking is allowed if one smokes. Office is aired out constantly for those who do not.
