I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience treating mental health disorders and addiction. No matter what your concern I will work with you to learn more effective ways to cope with unmanageable thoughts, feelings, behaviors and painful sensations. New coping will utilize components of mindfulness meditation, self-compassion and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work primarily with adults, young adults and seniors. I also specialize in dual diagnoses where treatment is designed to treat mental health and addiction disorders simultaneously. Treatment will focus on substance abuse and disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD and chronic pain. I am currently accepting Individual appointments.
