In private practice since 1990, I work with clients who struggle with relationships, both men's and women's issues, depression, anxiety, life transition issues, and grief and loss. Extensively trained in working with adults who were abused as children, I am intensely focused on helping people discover the truth of their lives, while maintaining a warm, supportive, and nurturing stance. Often, when people find their truth, it leads to changes in their feelings and behaviors, and this is the work of psychotherapy. I strongly believe in empowering my clients, so that they can live more effectively and with increased self honesty. I do all my own scheduling and personally answer all telephone calls.
