I hold an advanced graduate degree in Holistic Counseling, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, a Certified Rosen Method Practitioner and level II certified in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). In my practice, I integrate body oriented and expressive art methods to facilitate deeper insight and healing. Each of us possess an innate wisdom and a drive toward wholeness.
