I offer tailor made counseling services, including therapy, assessments and coaching, to those who are experiencing difficulties due to addictions, life-work changes, significant relationships, personal loss or trauma. My compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy or coaching is predicated on offering helpful direction towards specific, realistic, client determined goals. I am very comfortable working with adults, teens, couples, veterans and business executives. I can offer flexible fees and approaches based on individual client expectations and needs. These approaches include brief interventions and phone consultations for added convenience. I offer a Christian worldview approach upon request. I hold dual Licenses in both Mental Health and Clinical Addictions, an MS in Clinical Mental Health, Post Graduate Certificate in Alcohol & Drug Counseling from IUSB where I was a PTSD/PTG researcher with the SWARM Team for Mental Health. I have a Certificate in Biblical Counseling from Light University. With my Gottman Level One Couples Training and experience as a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator, I've enjoyed helping many couples with Pre-Marital & Marriage Counseling. My Business Executive & Personal Coaching is informed by over 25 years of practical business experience, through which I can offer unique and helpful insights.
