I have offices in both Billings and Red Lodge. I am licensed as a professional counselor and as an addiction counselor. I am certified in EMDR by the EMDR International Association. I work with adults and older adolescents. I like to work by finding out how a person thinks and communicates. We can then look at what methods or styles of therapy would work for them. I consider each individual and try to connect them with the most advantageous treatment available. I have years of experience in working with addictions, co-dependency, and trauma. I have worked with many people in transition, including illness, death, divorce, birth, relocation, and changes in employment. I also work with people in recovery as they continue to address their quality of life.
