Are you feeling depressed, anxious, stressed? Do you sometimes feel as if you've lost control of your life? I have been a Licensed Counselor for over 18 years. I work with individual adults and couples who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or grief, as well as separation, divorce, family conflict, and blended family issues. I also have experience working with women who have been sexually abused, as well as those who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am certified in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing for those who have been through a crisis. I implement biblically-based cognitive-behavioral counseling methods to help build communication, conflict resolution, and coping skills, and to address grief, anger, or feelings of low self-esteem. If you are hurting, there is help and healing! The Bible tells us "as a man thinks, so he is..." . I use cognitive therapy to identify distorted or negative thought patterns and replace them with the Truth. I am also a Certified Life Coach, and assist clients to identify and implement short and long-term goals.
