Is your child struggling with learning in school? Or are you yourself a student having difficulty with classroom learning, studying, paper preparation, problem solving, or passing examinations? Or perhaps you are an adult considering a return to college, but hesitating due to a history of learning difficulties as a child? A strong, thorough assessment is the first step! Since 1996, I have maintained a private practice that is devoted to the assessment of learning difficulties. I work with school-aged children, students, and adults with difficulties in the areas of reading, writing, mathematics, attention, and executive functioning. Psychological, neuropsychological,and educational assessment tools are chosen for each individual. I believe a thorough understanding of an individual's cognitive and personal strengths and challenges enhances growth and positive change, empowers parents and students, and supports the critical work of teachers.
