I believe all people face challenges, and every person's challenges are big for him or her. I seek to provide a safe, confidential environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges, gain insight, identify their strengths, and move toward a place of greater wholeness and peace. Believing that experience promotes greater, deeper, and longer lasting change, I specialize in using experiential interventions. I especially enjoy helping couples who are considering engagement, engaged, and recently married build and grow on a strong foundation. I also enjoy helping tweens and teens, along with their families, navigate the challenges of their changing lives and growing responsibilities.
