I see the human person as made up of body, mind, and spirit, and each dimension affects the other, especially during times of crisis, stress, transition, and disharmony. In sessions with clients, we gradually attend to all these dimensions and consider each as an essential part of the process of healing and balancing one's life. My specialties are treating grief and loss, anxiety and depression, life transitions, relationship problems, personal identity, end of life issues, and past or present physical, sexual, emotional, or verbal trauma. I also help with spirituality and existential issues of those struggling with the meaning and purpose of their life.
